Goals of the Compliance Program

  • Promote a culture of ethics and integrity, rooted in Atech’s values and our Code of Ethics and Conduct;
  • Assist business units in risk prevention, red-flag identification, continuous process improvement, and the execution of internal investigations when required;
  • Consolidate all Atech compliance initiatives, including Anti-Corruption Policy guidelines, Export Controls, and the confidential Helpline.

Corporate Governance

The governance of the Compliance Program is backed by the direct involvement of senior leadership, reinforcing the company's commitment to integrity.

The Ethics Committee oversees the program, ensuring its effectiveness and championing accountability.

The CEO leads all corporate integrity actions, guaranteeing compliance with internal and external regulations.

Compliance Leadership manages the day-to-day operations of the program, developing standards, training modules, communications, and risk monitoring to prevent misconduct.

The Compliance Team executes these initiatives, supporting business areas in risk mitigation and resolving queries, while coordinating with Compliance Agents who act as cultural focal points across different departments.
