At Atech, we believe that integrity is the foundation of a solid, transparent, and responsible business culture. Therefore, we strive to uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards in all our activities, aligned with one of our core values:

“Ethics and Integrity are in everything we do” – from the simplest activity to the greatest achievements. We follow the rules and question when necessary, always seeking what is right and best for society, for the company, and for all people.

To reinforce this commitment, Atech has structured a robust Compliance Program, aligned with laws, regulations, and the company’s internal policies, focusing on risk prevention and promoting an honest and safe environment for everyone.

Compliance Program Goals

We turn values into concrete actions. Our goals guide our ethical practices and sustain our compliance culture. They are:

  • Promote a culture of ethics and integrity, based on Atech’s values and our Code of Ethics and Conduct;
  • Support company areas in risk prevention, identifying red flags, continuous process improvement, and conducting internal investigations when necessary;
  • Consolidate all Compliance initiatives at Atech, including guidelines from the Anti-Corruption Policy, Export Control, and the Helpline channel.

Corporate Governance

The governance of the Compliance Program has direct support and involvement from senior leadership, reinforcing the company’s commitment to ethics and integrity. The Ethics Committee oversees the Program, ensuring its effectiveness and promoting a culture of accountability.

The CEO leads corporate integrity actions, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

The Compliance Leadership manages the Program, developing standards, training, communication, and risk monitoring with a focus on preventing misconduct.

The Compliance Team executes the Program’s initiatives, supporting business areas in risk prevention and clarifications. In addition, it monitors the work of Compliance Agents, responsible for spreading the compliance culture and serving as contact points in their areas. This collaborative structure ensures that ethics are an essential part of our culture and aligned with the highest governance standards.

Compliance System Structure

Atech’s Compliance Program is based on risk assessment, which serves as a starting point for the strategic planning of the program’s other actions. This strategic planning ensures that all initiatives are aligned, integrated, and incorporated into the company’s operations, strengthening an organizational culture that is ethical, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Through this system, Atech ensures that Compliance is not just a set of rules, but a true commitment present in the day-to-day of all company areas.
