Atech’s Code of Ethics and Conduct reflects our commitment to integrity, respect, and responsibility in all our relationships and activities. It guides decisions and the expected behavior of all employees – regardless of position or role – and also serves as a reference for partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders we engage with.
To uphold this commitment, Atech maintains a solidly structured Compliance Program, aimed at promoting an ethical culture, compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies, and preventing risks that could compromise the company’s reputation and values.
The Code is an essential tool to ensure we always act with transparency, responsibility, and consistency with our principles – inside and outside the company.
ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
Atech’s Anti-Corruption Policy reflects our commitment to acting with integrity, ethics, and full compliance with national and international anti-corruption laws. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, addressing any irregular acts with rigor – regardless of who commits them.
The document establishes clear guidelines for employees, partners, suppliers, and third parties, ensuring that all interactions comply with the law and the company’s internal standards.
The policy covers topics such as:
- Prevention of conflicts of interest
- Management of donations and sponsorships
- Rules for gifts and hospitality
- Relationships with third parties, especially those acting on behalf of Atech or the Embraer Group
The policy also defines mandatory due diligence procedures for contracts or partnerships, aiming to ensure that partners act with the same integrity standards expected by Atech.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST
At Atech, integrity guides all decisions. Conflicts of interest occur when personal aspects may influence – or appear to influence – the decisions of an employee or business partner. To preserve transparency, impartiality, and trust in relationships, we adopt clear guidelines to identify and address these cases ethically, in line with our Compliance Program.
SPONSORSHIPS, DONATIONS, AND ASSOCIATIONS
Atech conducts sponsorship, donation, and association initiatives based on ethical, legal, and reputational criteria, aligned with its values and strategic objectives. All requests undergo technical evaluation and due diligence, with analysis of risks, impacts, and related obligations.
These actions aim to support legitimate causes, foster innovation, and contribute to sustainable, technological, and social development. Any initiative intended to obtain undue advantages or improperly influence decisions is strictly prohibited.
