Atech - Grupo Embraer

Code of Ethics and Conduct

The Atech Code of Ethics and Conduct reflects our commitment to integrity, mutual respect, and responsibility across all corporate relationships and operations.

It guides the decisions and behavior expected of all employees - regardless of rank or role - and serves as a primary benchmark for partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

To sustain this commitment, Atech maintains a structured Compliance Program dedicated to promoting an ethical culture, enforcing statutory compliance, and mitigating risks that could compromise the company's values or reputation.

The Code is an essential tool for ensuring that we always operate with transparency, accountability, and consistency, both inside and outside the company.

Anti-Corruption Policy

Atech’s Anti-Corruption Policy reflects our commitment to acting with absolute integrity, ethics, and in full compliance with national and international anti-corruption laws.

We adopt a zero-tolerance stance toward corruption, strictly handling any irregular act regardless of the perpetrator's role.

The document establishes clear guidelines for employees, partners, suppliers, and third parties, ensuring that all interactions align with legal mandates and internal standards.

The policy addresses key areas such as:

  • Conflict of interest prevention
  • Management of donations and sponsorships
  • Rules for gifts, corporate hospitality, and entertainment
  • Relationships with third parties, particularly those acting on behalf of Atech or the Embraer Group.

The policy also defines mandatory due diligence procedures for procurement and strategic partnerships, ensuring that external entities operate under the same high standards of integrity expected by Atech.

Conflict of Interest

At Atech, integrity drives every decision.

Conflicts of interest occur when personal aspects influence-or appear to influence-the professional choices of an employee or business partner.

To safeguard transparency, impartiality, and trust, we enforce clear guidelines to identify and resolve these cases ethically, in compliance with our program directives.

Sponsorships, Donations, and Associations

Atech conducts sponsorship, donation, and association initiatives based on strict ethical, legal, and reputational criteria aligned with its strategic goals.

All requests undergo technical evaluation and rigorous due diligence to analyze risks, potential impacts, and corporate reciprocity.

These actions aim to support legitimate causes, foster technological innovation, and contribute to sustainable social development.

Any initiative designed to obtain unfair advantages or improperly influence external decisions is strictly prohibited.
