The channel is available to employees, business partners, suppliers, clients, and external stakeholders.
It supports anonymous reporting and fully complies with the statutory laws of each country where we operate.
All reports are handled with the highest level of confidentiality, gravity, and impartiality, following structured, secure investigation processes that guarantee absolute respect and protection for all parties involved.

Atech explicitly reinforces that it does not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who, in good faith, report observed or suspected illegal or unethical behavior, or use the channel to communicate a legitimate compliance concern.
