At Atech, ethics, integrity, and transparency are values we put into practice every day. That’s why we provide the Atech Helpline, a secure and confidential channel for anyone to report situations not aligned with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, other internal policies, or applicable law.
The channel is available to employees, partners, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders. It allows anonymous reporting and is compliant with the laws of each country where we operate.
All reports will be treated with confidentiality, seriousness, and impartiality, following structured and secure investigation processes that guarantee respect and protection for all parties involved.

Atech reinforces that it does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports observed or suspected illegal or unethical behavior through the whistleblower channel.

- Conflicts of interest
- Violations of internal policies and laws
